Terrorist body count during Afrin operation rising, surpasses 1,000 people

The Turkish Armed Forces have neutralized 1,028 terrorists in Syria's Afrin since the beginning of the Operation Olive Branch, the Turkish General Staff said in a message Feb. 8.

In particular, 29 PYD, YPG and IS members were eliminated on Feb. 8 in Afrin.

On Jan. 20, the Turkish Armed Forces, together with the Free Syrian Army, launched the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, Syria.
