All terrorist groups in Syria are closely related - minister

All terrorist groups operating in Syria, regardless of ideological differences, are closely related, Turkish EU Affairs Minister and Chief Negotiator Omer Celik said, the country's media reported Feb. 7.

"The parties that don't show solidarity with Turkey in the Operation Olive Branch don't realize the danger of terrorism," said Celik.

On Jan. 20, the Turkish Armed Forces, together with the Free Syrian Army, launched the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, Syria.
