Rocket fire from Syria hits Turkish province, casualties reported

Rocket fire from the Syrian territories controlled by terrorists of the Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) and the People's Protection Units (YPG) has hit Turkey's Hatay province, the Turkish media reported Jan. 31.

As a result of the attack, one person was killed.

On Jan. 20, the Turkish Armed Forces, together with the Free Syrian Army, launched the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, Syria.
