Javid Gurbanov: BTK railway constructed

Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway has been constructed, said the chairman of the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC Javid Gurbanov.
Gurbanov made the remarks at the Argus Azerbaijan International Petroleum Summit 2017 in Baku October 12.
He noted that the commissioning ceremony of the BTK railway will be held in late October.
