Ilham Aliyev: The main aim of Minsk Group should exerts pressure on Armenian occupation regime

Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a constantly threat for regional safety and stability, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the meeting with delegation of EU's Political and Safety Committee.

"I consider that the main sphere of activity of Minsk Group for the next month, should exerts pressure on Armenian regime to comply with international law. The absence of pressure on international level is one of the reasons for the unresolved conflict," the president said.

The head of state noted that the moderate policy of international society towards Armenia creates impression that they can continue to remain illegally in our lands, but I think they should understand that this will not be possible. Azerbaijan will restore its territorial integrity. I do not doubt this, because we want to do this by peaceful way. "
