Bakcell customers can get a VAT refund for amounts spent abroad during Novruz holidays

California Azerbaijan Friendship Association hosts a well-attended Novruz celebration
An event dedicated to the celebration of Novruz holiday (Vernal Equinox) was held on March 17, 2018 near Los Angeles.
